How do I place an order?

Are there printed order forms? Can I pre-order?

In short, no. Printed forms are tedious, expensive, often lost, and prone to input errors. Using the ViewFirst™️ system you can see your child’s images before you spend any money.

What is the benefit of having orders shipped to home?

Orders are normally fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours from the print lab. Parents can order when doing so suits their budget, any time of the day or night, and can have products delivered in a few days after photo day. This system is drastically faster than the printer making and holding hundreds of orders to be shipped out at once to the school. This also relieves little hands of the responsibility of safely delivering your order to your home.

I have 3 kids. Can I combine their orders to save on shipping?

How long do I have to order?

The sales stay active for at least a couple months.

I missed an email a couple days ago that said a deadline was about to pass. Can I still order?

Yes. The deadlines the emails warn about have to do with pricing increases.

I already ordered. Why do I keep getting emails reminding me to order?

The emails are timed to go out at various intervals. When you ordered, if you opted to “check out as guest” and not log in, the system may not know that you ordered. If it doesn’t know you ordered, it will keep your name on the contact list.

There are some other reasons, but you can always “unsubscribe” from an event. NOTE: if you unsubscribe to ALL events, you may miss out on future events.
